All products on westernusawear.com are print‑on‑demand custom‑made apparel. Items are produced after customers place orders.

How to submit return request

Contact [email protected]. with your order number, return reason, and relevant product photos when applicable. We will review your request within 2 ‑3 business days.

Return Address

Please do not return products to our business registration address. Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the correct return warehouse address and return instructions.

Return Eligibility & Return Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after customers receive the parcel.
Custom‑printed POD items cannot be returned for change‑of‑mind, wrong ‑size selection or personal preference reasons.
We accept return/refund/replacement requests for defective, damaged or incorrectly‑shipped items caused by our production or fulfillment error.

Return Shipping Cost

For change‑of‑mind returns: Not applicable for our custom‑made print‑on‑demand goods.
For defective/damaged/incorrect items caused by us: We will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 ‑10 business days after product inspection is completed. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require extra processing time to post funds to your account .
